1.1. Refund of an electronic ticket purchased by the Buyer is possible based on these Terms and in accordance with the rules set by the event organizer.
1.2. The purchase and refund of tickets through the website www.energyfest.es incur costs that are borne by NEW ERA VISIONARY GROUP IBERIA, S.L. during the processing of bank transactions.
1.3. The Buyer understands and agrees that, in the case of ticket return and a request for a refund, a commission of 10% of the ticket price will be withheld. These 10% are the costs incurred by the NEW ERA VISIONARY GROUP IBERIA, S.L. for the return of the tickets and are not included in the original ticket price.
1.4. Since the ticket sales service has been provided properly, NEW ERA VISIONARY GROUP IBERIA, S.L. reserves the right to withhold part of the ticket price and apply it in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law.
1.5. Refund of electronic tickets and a request for a refund of money by the Buyer, except in cases of event cancellation, replacement, or rescheduling, are possible only if the following cumulative conditions are met:

A ticket refund request can be made by the Buyer by filling out an online form, which can be accessed from the personal account where the purchased ticket is stored, or from the Refund Policy page, depending on the ticket purchase method, with the withholding of the commission mentioned in paragraph 1.3, or by sending it to the email address [email protected].
1.7. Refunds to the Buyer are made depending on the payment method, taking into account the provisions of paragraph 1.4.
1.8. Refunds for payments made by card can be processed to the Buyer’s bank card used for payment within 14 calendar days from the confirmation of the online refund form or from the moment the Buyer receives confirmation by mail that the refund has been processed.
1.9. In the case of event cancellation, the Buyer will receive 100% of the ticket price as a refund. The fee of 3% - 10% charged during card payment, mentioned in paragraph 1.10., is non-refundable.
1.10. During the ticket purchase process, NEW ERA VISIONARY GROUP IBERIA, S.L. charges an additional fee (Service Charge) of 3% - 10% for internal service administration costs. This fee will be displayed before choosing the payment method. The Client understands and agrees that in the case of a ticket return and refund request, the payment (Service Charge) of 3% - 10%, charged by NEW ERA VISIONARY GROUP IBERIA, S.L. from the ticket price, is non-refundable.
